What does a support employee do at EIKONA Cinema?
You work in a cross-functional agile team together with colleagues from frontend and backend development, project management and sales.
Support at Eikona Cinema means helping customers with questions and problems in the daily use of our software.
You coordinate installation and setup projects for new and existing customers, from ordering hardware to commissioning. You also train customers in the use of the various systems. You carry out software updates in the cinemas - from release notes to rollout.
